- When do I get my free gifts or samples?
Great question! For every 10 orders, you'll receive free B.T.R. Bars or B.T.R. Bar swag. We're always launching new swag, so stay tuned!
- Tell me more about these VIP events!
We're starting to travel all over the country, and we'll be hosting events in all the major cities, so stay tuned for a 'Save the Date' from us when we're in your city! In addition, we'll be hosting Zoom fireside chats with our expert Registered Dietitians, Nutritionists, and Herbalists.
- How do I add a new item to my subscription?
You can manage all your subscriptions from your account dashboard. The easiest way to do this is by creating an account. If you choose not to create an account, you'll receive an email 2 days before your subscription is set to renew, and you can make all your updates then. You can click "Add Product" to add one of our other items to your subscription.
- How do I update my address or billing info?
Such a great question! You can easily update your mailing address and billing info directly on your account dashboard. If you have questions, you can always reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org any time and we can help with that.
- I need my subscription sooner. How do I do that?
Once you're in your account dashboard, click on "Subscriptions." You'll be taken to a new page where you can make all the updates. You can click "Order Now" if you'd like your subscription to renew ASAP. You can also pause your subscription or change the frequency here.
- I'm not yet ready for my subscription. Is there a way to pause or skip?
Yes! You can skip your order as many times as you'd like! We always recommend skipping an order as opposed to cancelling your subscription. All you have to do is head to your account dashboard, click on "Subscriptions" and scroll to the bottom to select "Skip this order."
- Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time you'd like! Less than 1% of our subscribers ever cancel their subscription, but if you decide it's not for you, you can absolutely do that. All you have to do is head over to you account dashboard, click on "Subscriptions," scroll to the bottom, and select "Cancel subscription."
