No-Bake Chocolate Energy Bites

These no-bake chocolate energy bites packed with heart-healthy almond butter are quick & easy to make, keto-friendly, plant-based, and decadent AF. If you fall in love with these, you'll fall head over heels for B.T.R. Bars.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 Tbsp almonds

  • 2 Tbsp monkfruit (or to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Chop almonds finely

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Fold until batter is thick.
  • Roll batter into 1" balls and place on baking sheet (or tin foil, parchment paper, use whatever you got!)

  • Place in freezer and let chill for 20 minutes or eat as is!
