No-Bake Chocolate Energy Bites
These no-bake chocolate energy bites packed with heart-healthy almond butter are quick & easy to make, keto-friendly, plant-based, and decadent AF. If you fall in love with these, you'll fall head over heels for B.T.R. Bars.
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup creamy almond butter

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 Tbsp almonds
- 2 Tbsp monkfruit (or to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:

Chop almonds finely
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Fold until batter is thick.

Roll batter into 1" balls and place on baking sheet (or tin foil, parchment paper, use whatever you got!)

Place in freezer and let chill for 20 minutes or eat as is!
