What shipping options do you offer?

B.T.R. NATION ships via USPS or UPS for all orders. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! B.T.R. NATION offers FREE SHIPPING even in the summer months. All we ask is that you make sure you keep Route (our shipping protection app) checked on especially during summer months. In case your product arrives melted, Route ensures you can get a replacement or refund. 

Do you ship internationally?

B.T.R. NATION ships to Canada right now, and we're working on shipping worldwide! We have some of the best Canadian rates on the market, and we're always trying to make them better. We offer a flat rate of $14.99 for all orders 1.5 lbs. and under (ie. 1 box) and $21.99 for orders 1.5-3.5 lbs. (2 or 3 boxes). If you'd like to order in bulk, please email us at ashley@btrbites.com. We are NOT responsible for duties, taxes, or fees that are charged for shipments that cross the border. 

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Great question! We work hard to process your order within 3-5 business days and our transit time is ~2-5 business days. Due to the nature of our VERY small team, there can be delays based on order volume. We thank you for your patience! In addition, please note: if an item is on pre-order, it will state the estimated shipping time on the product listing. 

Where do you ship from?

B.T.R. NATION is based in San Francisco, CA. We ship everything from our warehouse there!

Do your bars need to be refrigerated?

B.T.R. NATION Bars have a 100% clean label, and they do not need to be refrigerated. If your bars happen to arrive a little melted because we only use real food ingredients, you can stick your bars in the fridge for a half hour for them to harden. Or if you like melted chocolate chips, go ahead and enjoy as is!

Do your superfood truffle cups ship refrigerated?

Our superfood truffle cups are brand new! We ship all orders that include our cups via USPS or UPS.

During winter months (October 1-March 31), we will NOT include an ice pack unless you request it (because you live in a warm climate). Please send all requests to ashley@btrbites.com immediately after placing your order (and reference order #). During the winter months, we monitor temperatures when shipping and will hold orders shipping to an area 90 degrees or above until the temperature cools. During winter months, orders including chocolate will be shipped out Monday-Friday as weather allows.

During summer months (April 1-September 30), we will include a cold pack in your order and/or pack your order in an insulated mailer if temperatures are above 75 degrees. During the summer, all orders including chocolate will ship Monday-Wednesday only. We do not ship to an area that is 90+ degrees. We will hold an order a few extra days until temps come down a few degrees.

We highly recommend you get Route Protection to protect your order from damage, loss, or meltage. You'll see it in your cart at checkout. If you get Route and your order arrives melted, you can request a FULL refund or we can reship your product. We want to make sure you have a best in class shipping experience! If you do not get Route, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. Expedited shipping, ice packs, and insulated mailers are over $20 (and we eat that whole cost!), so that's why we partnered with Route!

Our superfood truffle cups do not need to be refrigerated! But if they do arrive a bit melty, enjoy as is, or pop them in the fridge for a few minutes. We do not take responsibility for any orders that are left outside and not picked up. Please make sure to check your tracking info especially when receiving a product with chocolate!

What is your return policy?

We care about YOU! You our first priority.

If you are unhappy with your B.T.R. NATION experience, we can review your refund request as long as it's submitted within 30 days of your purchase (the date on your order). Please reach out to me at ashley@btrbites.com, so we can make it right!
